At the same time though, if your video is called ‘Fitness’ then it is hardly going to be able to compete with the millions of other videos with that word in the title.

Your objective is to select a name that people are likely to be searching for during their time here. Being both identical and distinct, it is important to be descriptive. You can find keyword tools for YouTube that help you to identify these kinds of titles. Unfortunately they often charge and aren’t always reliable.
