About Diane
When I got my AAS degree in Landscape design, then my BS and MS in Horticulture it allowed me to get my foot in the door at my first green industry business. I managed the propagation section of the third largest plant nursery in America. After 15 years there and other major wholesale nurseries, I became a Regional Director at a lawn care franchise. I coached and consulted everything from business set-up, grass identification, sales, marketing, employees, safety, services, equipment, computer software, pricing, etc.
I worked with new owners that had no idea what their new business was about to multimillion-dollar businesses that already perfected systems over the years. I was able to teach tree and shrub sales and servicing across multiple regions in the US.
I went on to manage a lawn care company in Texas. I was able to take it from a small mowing and maintenance company to a medium size fertilization and weed control company in 3 years.
